I don't know why it's taken us so long to try this place out but tonight I wish we'd gone sooner. The service staff was on point tonight attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about what they were serving. So many places today, you ask a server about the food and they've never even eaten it or they don't know how it's prepared. No better way to start a meal than to talk to someone you can tell takes pride in their establishment. Started the meal with escargot and onion soup. The escargot was nice and garlicky and paired well with a good crusty baguette; the soup had a great broth, not so salty and strong flavored like you usually find. Oh and HOT! I hate when you order soup and it's just warm...

I have been eating here for many years. It is the best French food you can get in miles. We mostly eat in. Always fabulous ?. Now a lot of take out. In many years of dining here, I have only had one experience with the pate for take out not exactly up to par. But every other experience was more than exceptional. When dining in, there are only a handful that can compare. Not with the menu. Only compare to the quality. There is no French chef in the area that even comes close. I have been to France. For our main courses, we chose the rack of venison and swordfish. The venison was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, accompanied by steamed vegetables and potato purée, all enhanced by a delicious bordelaise sauce that had the ideal consistency. The swordfish was served on a bed of quinoa with steamed vegetables and an amandine sauce—a fantastic dish. There are so many other dishes we’re eager to try on our next visit, including pâté, duck, pheasant, brie flambe, lamb, and more that I can’t even remember. Overall, a remarkable dining experience!

A hidden gem in downtown Riverside! This was our first time dining here and will be back again. The mussels served in a creamy garlicky sauce were a burst of flavor! The lamb loin served with undescribable sauce was an emulsifying experience on the palette! Furthermore, The waiters are kind and a little sarcastic but it did not make the dining experience any different. We made a last-minute decision to grab a meal, and it was my first time dining at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, especially the sauces and the filet mignon. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, which made our first visit much more relaxed. I highly recommend everyone check it out. Apologies to the wine list—thank you for accommodating us and holding the kitchen!

Sea bass in garlic was one of the best fish dishes I have ever had. Shrimp was also delicious. Créme brulee was fantastic. The staff was excellent and made us feel special. It did require reservations but the day before they still had a time that worked for us. It really was a fantastic experience all around. We will be going back!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The waiter was attentive, and the food was outstanding. I visited to celebrate my birthday, and everything was incredibly tasty. I ordered the venison, which was juicy and tender. The Brie and bread were also delicious, served on a flaming plate. The dessert was amazing too.

Our decision to get a meal was last minute. This was my first time dining there. The good was terrific, particularly the sauces and filet mignon. The server who assisted us was incredibly kind and engaged in our conversations, which added to the experience. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you're in the area.

Little small, great and supreme service by a professional waiter. Steak was amazing. I highly recommend this place. Called before our arrival and they told us there are tables available. Music they selected goes well with the mood.
