Here at Chef Raphael you have an experience, and not just food and wine. Finding someone like him is a lucky meeting, we ate, drank and chatted with so much pleasure that time flew by. Few seats, very intimate place, Chef Raphael will explain his dishes to you, making you feel all the love he puts into them Everything was exquisite, to say the least, from the starter to the dessert, and the wines were fantastic, I highly recommend you to be advised by Chef Raphael, he definitely knows what he is doing. Honestly, a dinner here alone is worth a trip to Nimes, without a shadow of a doubt. One of the most beautiful evenings of our life, thanks Chef Raphael!

what a wonderful place I am so happy I made this choice and booked a table in le chef raphael. we had a very pleasant evening and certainly an excellent diner. the service could not have been better. everything was a joyful, tasty with excellent presentation. the only criticism I could bring is that I personally would have liked a greater part (which is often the case if they really enjoy serving dishes). I had the surprise menu and I loved it while my guests chose a la carte. beautiful selection of wein as well as good advice from le chef . we are sure back!

MUST dine in here in Nimes! Very friendly and passionate chef, the atmosphere was relaxing and comfy, and the food was exceptionally good. Top notch. You won't break the bank here either it's very reasonably priced for such amazing food. My experience here was awesome and I'll definitely recommend to everyone. You can reserve your table online in advance.

small restaurant on the edge of the old town. wonderful passion and friendly service by the patronin raphael, who takes a great interest in his customers. Delightful fresh food with an interesting twist, too very cheap trips. an interesting short wine list, selected again with care and passion. a pure joy to spend a long lunch under such circumstances.

we had one of the best lunches in France. chef raphael were delicious and well presented. beautiful clean atmosphere with great services as well. I love this place.
