Le Clariant - Reservar uma mesa

Un must try pour toute personne de passage à Corrençon-en-Vercors. Il faudra mériter son repas, car il faudra marcher 2kms pour accéder à ce petit paradis. Et cette marche sera loin d'être désagréable dans un tel cadre. Concernant la carte, une formule de tartines et dessert à base de produits locaux pour un prix très raisonnable au vu de la quantité, du goût et de la beauté des assiettes. N'oubliez pas de planter votre clou pour faire un voeu avant de partir ! :

After 10 km of hiking, the time spent at the Clariant was wonderful. Simple cuisine with meat cooked outdoors, well-stocked plate, hearty dessert, view of the mountain ranges, people even whisper to respect the place. We even ended up talking at length with our table neighbors who had dogs like us. Very welcoming staff. We will come back to this.

I loved the walk to get there, from the Corrençon golf course, via the biathlon practice. The welcome is exquisite, as are the dishes (and these amazing cocktails!... Le Fleuri, my favorite). Some funny surprises and an atmosphere that would make you ask for a room, to get up here, early in the morning, with your head in the peaks.
