Le Copper - Reservar uma mesa

A small doubt before enjoying an excellent meal, from the entrance to the dessert. We already knew the establishment with the former owners where we had not been too much appreciated but that anywhere we were pleasantly surprised; a very good reception and quality dishes, what better to ask? The map is diversified without having 15 pages... We appreciated that the professionalism of the server and its contact with the client (sorry we do not have the name) as well as the visit of the chef cook. We recommend you without hesitation.

We had known Copper more than a year ago, the kitchen was inventive, refined and justified the amount of the addition. Now we find ourselves in a brewery that practiced Parisian prices and we did not like ourselves: carpaccio that has the taste of frozen meat, tartare beef that resembles the American net and ceviche in which we are looking for the lemon and the congrue of fish) but that the baths in the sauce the claimed bread is always frozen in the heart only positive point: kindness

Excellent, worthy of great restaurants, to be discovered. All products are of quality. And the more it is that there is the dining space where you can find local products, craftsmen, as exceptional: Cheese berries, Maxim 's, true Corsica burgundy and many other good things to take away, a visit is necessary for the happiness of your taste buds.
