Grand Cordouan - Reservar uma mesa

We went out for dinner while staying at a nearby camp site. The restaurant looked appealing and had great views over the sea. The place was not too busy and there seemed enough staff, but everything took too long. In spite of a stream of waitresses passing though our area, no-one seemed to want to look our way. My wife's skate wing was very oily and my burger just dripped fat. The 1/2 litre of house red (At over EUR8) was undrinkable and cloudy. Having waited ages for menus, to order and then to get the food, we skipped dessert and coffee, just paid and left. Very disappointing

We visited this resto for lunch as we have done many times before. The food was very tasty and well presented always a great choice of fish . The waitress was very friendly and efficient and we had a very pleasant dining experience with a great view. Reasonably priced too and it is open all year whereas many of the others are not.

We had the 25€ menu , with a beer, without alcohol cocktail, 1/2 bottle of rose wine and two coffees, total73€, which we thought very reasonable. We found the staff pleasant even tho it was very busy and they had a lot to keep up with, enjoyed our meal and have already reserved a table for next weekend.

We visited on 3 x separate occasions during our stay, and each time, the welcome was friendly, the waiting staff were professional and very pleasant, and last but not least, the food was excellent. Not overpriced and lovely presentation and choice

Excellent oyster turbo wine service as a former rank leader his fairy has pleasure to have a quality service thanks to the team
