Le Florentin - Reservar uma mesa

We were a party of four and went into this lovely restaurant on a chilly day in November. The place had only a few people inside and we were warmly welcomed. Three of us had the pate de foie gras as a starter, which was excellent and served in an appealing way The lady that opted for the coquille was disappointed. For the main course, the onion soup, a mainstay of the French cuisine was below par. Two of us had the steak, purre with a touch of cooked vegetable which was superb. A very good dessert complemented an overall good meal. The price though was pretty stiff but in light of the location and food quality expected.
