Le Fondago - Reservar uma mesa

It was noon time in lovely Bonifacio, and all the restaurants were packed. We have picked this corner restaurant as we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the local ambiance. Our waiter, actually from Sardinia, was friendly and accomodating, in spite of one of our friends who was very fussy in detailing what exactly he wanted in his vegan pizza. While everything was perfect outside, and we sipped our local cold beer, the personal pizzas arrived. Must say that it was a bit disappointing. With the exception of the vegan pizza, ours were soaked in tomato sauce, definitely lacking the crisp taste of an oven pizza. Next time shall try something else

We had saltimbocca, one market salad and one risotto with ham and parmesan for lunch. The meal size was good for two persons. Location and service staff was friendly. Only the fact that the menue was written in a shot verdion on blackboards on the wall was a pity, because at the end we didn't exactly know what side dishes were contained in the menus. Nevertheless I would recommend the restaurant.

It was getting very late for lunch in Bonnifacio upper town but this restaurant welcomed us in graciously. The server Kevin was very attentive and gave a lot of personal attention inspite of a little language barrier. My daughter was happy with her fish dish with salad and I too enjoyed my pasta dish

nice service but food and wine weren’t really good compared to other corsican restaurants… and it’s not even super cheap so i would recommend going somewhere else

Loved the generous portions, quick service and great corsican food. Recommend it for couples or families
