in a stay in pezenas we recommend this bakery for their good Viennese and varied sandwiches made with good fresh products. Bread to a very good taste even if the dough is not lifted enough to my taste. The strawberry has too much cream lacks biscuit and is a little too sweet to my taste. Good address, however.

in a stay in pezenas we tested bread and pastries. The pastries are very good bread at good taste but it is not sufficiently lifted, it is a shame.

Very good bread petit pâtés from Pézenas quite good, of course they are not worth those of the Quatrefages family..
