HONG HA EAT YOUR HEART OUT! YUM! The Vietnamese roll with roast pork and crackling is first of its kind and it's absolutely irresistible. You can choose from a range of white, wholemeal or multigrain quality rolls which are substantive and it's the only place in Sydney to get it. Another Surprise is their range of authentic quality sourdough at a most reasonable price of $6 for a sourdough rye loaf, most places you pay substantially more. Since I discovered Le Fusion I am a fervent fan, it's now my go to place.

Padaria incrível no coração de Marrickville. A equipe é sempre simpática e convidativa, eles são sempre servidos de forma eficiente e rápida, é ótimo se eles são curtos com o tempo e quer um delicioso lanche. Toda vez que estive lá, o pão sempre foi fresco, e você não pode passar para os grandes preços. Eu recomendo fortemente que você dê a Le Fusion a ir que você não está desapontado !!
