Le Gigot - Reservar mesa

Ordered escargot. First time got them out of their shell. Our waiter was pleasant service good. Everyone enjoyed their meal (crab cakes bourginion bouillabaisse). Honestly tho nothing special. But What really made evening unpleasant was the air conditioning rather lack of. One waiter said unit is the appropriate unit for that size room. Adding “but when it’s busy the body heat makes it hard to get cool”. No sir….another unit is required Do not think we will be back. Not into being uncomfortable

updated May 2024 Second visit and as good as before. We absolutely love this restaurant. I had a fava bean salad with aged gouda, followed by black bream. Mark (the husband said it was the best lamb he 's had anywhere... Honestly would not consider a trip to NYC without a meal at Le Gigot. Absolutely brilliant. Tiny bistro in typical French style. Fresh, tasty food and friendly service.

This is a cozy, wonderful place for brunch and dinner. Great menu selection from omelets to rack of lamb to bouillabaisse and a nice choice of wines by the glass or bottle. The staff were friendly and professional. I would go back in a minute.

This was the best duck I’ve ever had! The dishes were incredibly flavorful and delicious and the service was amazing. Underrated gem!
