Le Goeland 1951 - Reservar uma mesa

We were really looking forward to our lunchtime visit as we read it has been voted one of the top beach bars in France. I was there with my mother, sister, daughter (14) and niece (21). We were reluctantly given a table. We don’t know what the problem was as there were plenty free tables. We had to ask repeatedly for our order to be taken whilst other tables were served ahead of us. The whole experience from beginning to end was like pulling teeth. The language wasn’t a problem as I speak fluent French. I felt it almost annoyed them that we were able to communicate with them. We span 3 generations and are all still in the dark as to what the problem was. It’s now gone down in family history...

We're in the area for a couple of weeks. Already been twice and looking forward to a 3rd before we leave. The service, food, view, and vibe are exceptional.

What a location! Relaxed, nice atmosphere, decent food and super friendly young team. Whole family enjoyed time there and stroll at the beach afterwards.

Lovely views to the beach and we ordered fish and chips? Hake was the fish delicious! We’ll definitely be back!
