We have been visiting Bagnoles de L'Orne for many years but as I do not like seafood I have not until this year found a menu I would enjoy. We chose Le Inclusive which is a three course meal with wine, bottled water and coffee all for 57 euros. It was a very quiet lunch time. The staff were very welcoming. We had an aperitif in the bar before going through to the restaurant. We were served quickly and politely. The very personable young man who took our order asked if we wished to order in English or French. When we chose French he respectfully honoured our choice throughout service. I'm not a regular starred restaurants, I'm no less a gastronomy fan and on this point, the lys manor is largely above my expectations. We went on a surprise as a gustative surprise. the chef knows how to be original and bold without falling into excess.I loved the cream burnt with lobster (which was only a amuse-bouche)! the foie gras / eel smoke / nectarine and acidulated sorbet: explosive signature dessert: macaron with mushroom, unpublished and delicious especially accompanied by his double beer (recommendation of the summation) I strongly recommend this address even if the addition is high, the price of quality.

Here are about ten years that we had not attended this establishment and we will not wait as long before returning.All is in place, from the aperitif consumed in the living room ( magnificent cream burnt with lobster to accompany our drink ) , to the sugar (in the form of mushroom) served with the coffee. the flavor menu of the moment was tasty with the original lobster with strawberries, delicate white tuna or milk pig and rice with apricot and lavender milk. I do not quote the macaron with mushrooms that is just visually superb Bravo!Only the immensity of the room can harm at a moment of intimidation.

The Michelin star restaurant can proudly claim a high level of service, as you would expect at this level. After trying the menu composed for the season, I would say some elements on the plates served were excellent other ideas did not quite work. The...meat dish of veal was well cooked, but the different elements on the plate did not work well together. The fish dish with White Tuna on a bed of vegetables was very delicious. We enjoyed the evening topped with high quality staff, making sure you were comfortable.
