The Mas d’Hélène is very recommended for the very beautiful room and for the evening meal, home foie gras with the Beaume Muscat of Venice, accompanied by a Rasteau and the shoulder of slow lamb, accompanied by a mango at Mont Ventoux and a brown pineapple with dessert. What a pleasure, but to think of this warm welcome and service at the top. Compliments between the Chef and the Master of the House you offered us a perfect stay. Too bad for us, one night
