Le Midi - Reservar uma mesa

The title says it all, the staff are not that friendly, they run around and don't seem interested in what they do or in their guests. The food was fine, it's not 'haute cuisine' but i dont' think it claims to be. It's simple dishes maybe not all of them homemade but we had a good meal. I would say don't expect a great culinary experience, but if the staff were more friendly it could be a nice place to be. To be noted that there are simpler dishes on the menu like pasta and pizzas (very tasty too) which can be a nice change from Duck ;-) It is not our favorite spot, but would go back if needed.To be noted that there is an other restaurant owned by Le Midi, it is the restaurant by the Lake of...

We went for dinner on a Sunday. We took a table at the terrace and waited for a waitress to take our order. A couple from the other table told us they weren't taking orders at the moment because the waitress was busy doing the dishes. So we went inside to order our meal and drinks. The lady who took our orders was really grumpy, and not friendly at all. We sat at the terrace and waited... After a while she came to the terrace and waved that our order was ready to be picked up. We told her we wanted to eat at the terrace and no take away... We got our meal as take away... In paper bag, with plastic knife,... Went in for a late lunch. Would have liked pizza but it's available only in the evening. Fairly elegant dining room, service was fine, food competently cooked. It was nearly full. We had fish (goujons) and chips, omelette and pasta alfredo.

lunch menu with a buffet and a dish and dessert for a very correct price. good quality buffet and the rest of the menu.
