Le Passage - Reservar uma mesa

My husband went for dinner at Le Passage recently and chose the 23.50 menu of the day. While the price was reasonable, the food was exceedingly ordinary.My husband had the breaded cheese with sesame and honey. The cheese was drowned in the honey and was way to sweet. I chose the antipasti which was quite pleasant, and the smoked duck was excellent.For mains, my husband had the salmon in lemon sauce which was totally tasteless. I had the beef in brik pastry which had a nice flavour but was very dry. It could have benefited from a sauce.We both had a brownie with pistachio ice-cream. The ice-cream was really nice, but was the brownie was very dry, so thankfully it was served with the ice-cream...

What a great little find! A bit hidden, but behind the main street is an excellent restaurant. Not a tourist trap, but serving fresh fish and well prepared meals that locals love and everyone seems to know one another!Hostess was great, explaining each dish and even replaced the wine when something was off with the first bottle. Even brought information on the grape varietal.My wife's fish was delicious and I had the veal liver which was excellent! Tasty with a great sauce. For dessert the nougat ice cream was super.Enjoy!

I would like to say Le Passage is worth a visit but sadly I cannot. To my way of thinking the missing element was in the kitchen. Very "hit and miss" across a range of dishes we tried. Could do much better. Cannot recommend based on our experience.

we loved this place. Friendly staff, great food, amazing desserts, quiet and off the beaten path, fast service, good wine selection.

Considering how highly rated this restaurant was on Trip, we were very disappointed in the standard of the food.
