This restaurant is housed by the Hotel Alysson. However, it is at least a notch better than the hotel. The garden next to it is soothing and the table arrangements elegant. The food was well presented and with a good service. We shared the avocado salad and had the trout cannelloni, served as a long cannelloni full of tasty trout and the foie gras roti. The prices were very reasonable and the wine selection good. Overall an unexpected experience in the outskirts of Oloron, less than 10 minute walk from their famous cathedral porch.

The restaurant is located at the Alysson Hotel. Hotel is OK and the best in Oloron. Meanwhile the restaurant is amazing . French Basque cuisine with a subtle modern cuisine touch. The perfect Mix. Staff are very professional and kind to help. A place who deserve le détour

We were with a group of 27 people and we were given a separate place to sit. We also had the choice between meat or fish. All food was very good. Fish was perfectly cooked. Staff was very friendly.

The head chef and kitchen staff are amazing. The dishes were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant, even if you aren't staying at the hotel.

Very well run and classy restaurant with great food at reasonable prices seemed very popular. Set menu for hotel guests.
