Restaurant met mooie inrichting aan het haventje van Erbalunga. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Keuze uit meerdere menu’s waaronder een verrassingsmenu van 4 of 6 gangen. Wij gingen voor het 4 gangenmenu. Wijnkaart is uitstekend en biedt veel keuze. Hier wordt uitstekend gekookt ; een van onze beste ervaringen op Corsica subtiel , delicaat en inventief. Dus zeer aanbevolen. Alleen een beetje jammer dat het 4 gangen menu bestond uit éen amuse en 3 gangen. Noem het dan een 3 gangenmenu. Ook prima. De uitleg was dat het menu bestond uit “4 etapes” ….

This was one of the best meals I had in France. It is the way the chef combines flavors to make unique tastes you can not find anywhere else. This is one of a kind! Also, I arrived by bus from Bastia a wee bit too early, and they were kind enough to let me hang out in the lobby for a bit before lunch began. Great dining and environment, until we got the bill… apparently their computer has a “bug”, over 120 euros were sneaked into the bill, glad we checked carefully. Beware
