Le Quai - Reservar uma mesa

I know this would be a hit or miss based on other reviews but we ate here anyway. For us it was a hit. Good service and delicious food. We ordered the garlic prawns and Greek salads. A heads up...shrimp and prawns in Europe need...to be peeled so it's a messy affair but worth it. We sat outside right alongside the Midi Canal looking across at all the canal boats tied up at the marina.

too early (happy) to dinner without reservation and got a table right at the canal. very good seafood dishes, all well seasoned. the local on nearby tables obviously enjoyed their meat dishes. good house wine. prices reasonable for the location. would like to return.

they do not accept the American CDC vaccination card. So if they don't have the sensitive French health card, they can't go here. also their hours are wrong. they are closed after lunch until

we had a nice lunch here, on the water. the service was efficient and friendly and the food was good, especially the main dish (tuna steak) and the desert (croustillade de pommes).

... the “Quai” in trebes is a tourist place. at several other locks the restaurant had a larger choice. fish service. but continue to homps for a real tasty
