I will keep it short, simple and effective. It's the best terrace in Paris to have a cocktail with a 360° view of PARIS! The only condition for accessing this often inaccessible place: R.E.S.E.R.V.E.R. well in advance, crossing your fingers that it won't rain on the big day.
