Went for lunch with friends celebrating their wedding anniversary and had the most pleasing lunch! Plus, we were among the first to receive the newest 8 course menu. It was perfect a true invention of various flavors that were so harmonious together. The service was impeccable and each plate a total delight! Even the plates themselves were artistically chosen to compliment the food! We had the chance to speak with Hubert, the chef and designer he was delightful and friendly. He described to us all the details of the fresh ingredients, where they were obtained, etc. and even showed us the herbs from the garden just outside. We spent at least 4 hours here one beautiful serving after another wi...

Recent visit of adults on a Saturday lunch. Easy to find with good sign posting. Car park is very small and tight, so easier to park on the road. Reception welcome is clear and direction to the tables was good. Atmosphere was good and it had a nice buzz to it. As l can't eat beef, l had the foie gras to start and the fish for main course. The starter was good and well presented, but the fish was just very average and didn't have much taste neither the sauce. The chocolate dessert was also quite plain and one colour dimensional. The first bread which arrived on the table was good, but the following breads were dry and tough to break. Cheese selection was adequate. Apparently the beef was good...

We were here for dinner as part of a tour group and was informed that this lovely restaurant has/had a Michelin star. The restaurant is located in a small French village just next to the Swiss border. Our meal was indeed a gourmet's delight with a creative menu using fresh seasonal ingredients and paired with a large selection of local wines. We love the bread presented to us and I had to control myself to stop eating the bread(s) before dinner actually starts. Food was rather slow to appear from the kitchen though and the staff seems a bit confused handling our rather large group. Overall still a very wonderful evening.

I went here with my wife and enjoyed a great meal. We ate one of the menu's with accompanying local wine. Really appreciated the presentation of the food and there were a few quite nice parts of the menu the accompanying wine and explanations added to the occasion. Some innovative dishes the cheese dish at the end was interesting, although my wife just wanted cheese they were happy to offer some local cheeses as replacement. Lovely evening and look forward to the next time maybe in the spring.
