Despite the very pompous list of ingredients that make up the dishes, the chef's kitchen lacks peps. Very refined decoration on the plates but you don't eat only with the eyes and it doesn't justify the price of a first menu at 65€, some of which were already in service at 12:15.

Very good general dish and well presented. Sufficient quantity in menu 4 courses. Extra foie gras! Main dishes too tide to deserve a fifth star. Good description of each plate. We will come back with friends to make them discover this charming restaurant.
