Le Relais du Fort - Reservar uma mesa

This delightful place is close to the Maginot line fort. We arrived around noon for lunch and we arrived at the fort by 1:30 PM. They have a parking lot across the street. The dining room and outside seating area are very nice. We had a couple of bugs outside, fyi. The owner speaks a little English. I shared the special, a two course meal with fresh vegetables, pates. local sausage, cheese and more. Excellent and very pleasing to the eye.

Located inside a renovated house (outside may not look like much, but inside, it's warm and friendly), they serve local Lorraine cuisine with wine from all over France. Reasonable pricing, although one of the more expensive of the region. High quality products and preparation with good service. You can go without getting dissapointed.

Ate here for lunch on a recent day trip to the area. The staff was multilingual, very friendly, and helpful. The 3 course meal was great. The opening quiche with salad was good, and the main course of pork knuckles was very tasty and good. The interior was very nice and well lit. Would definitely eat here again.

We came in for lunch during our visit to the L'ouvrage du Hackenberg. The staff was friendly and helpful, their English was surprising good. The food was excellent. Our experience e was outstanding, would highly recommend.

Lovely fresh french food and great service and friendly owners. We had the Menu du jour before our visit to the Hackenberg Fort. It was superb!!
