And yes to be profitable the room must be full. The meat is of poor quality the comble for a butchery restaurant. And it took 1h15 between our order and the first dish! Result: one of our guests had to leave without eating to return to work. Restaurant to run away where it seems more important to make number than to properly serve a customer.
