A highly recommended restaurant by our stay’s hosts. Outdoor seating on a patio with views of the beautiful Dordogne river limestone cliffs. In April it was breezy and cool but the interior was not open for dining. The staff were friendly enough helpful. The dishes were well executed, beautifully presented and filling. The asparagus plate was a tantalizing sensory experience, so delicious. The poached foie gras arrived as the largest slab I’ve ever been served! Beautifully marbled, smooth, silky, yet firm, some of the best foie gras I’ve ever tasted! The duck confit was perfection the the duck breast was delicious. I would return for the asparagus, foie gras duck confit, the perfect dinner!...
