On arrival, when you listen to the boss describe the dishes, you would almost believe in bocuse, then you expect an explosion of flavors in an exceptional meal. the gambas of the entrance are all served with their intestines! We don't have anything against the abates, but now it's pretty bad. Especially when the waitress back from the kitchen comes to explain that "the chef said it was coral"!!! I usually don't like being taken too much for a fool! the dish: turbot is cool and the cooking is right. Unfortunately the seasoning was totally forgotten, fortunately the salt and pepper are on the table. The carrots of the vegetables are nicely cut but near-crues... we'll say it's to make new cooki...

we tested the menu at 35 € and we enjoyed the various dishes chosen: fish, duck magret or chicken. However the choice is a little limited and serving chicken in a menu at 35 € is a little fair. We could hope for a more noble meat. The entry based on gambas and ratatouille was very good and the various desserts: clafoutis with apricots, tatin pie and floating island were satisfactory. we found that the boss was doing a little too much during the presentation of his dishes and I join a previous comment. in summary, good food, pleasant and efficient service, but prices a little high. an address to remember, though.

a menu at 35 euros. and a real happiness! the tablecloths are made of fabric, small mouthing, input / dish / dessert. a tasteful kitchen, good products, a coffee with sweet homemades. The pickup... a impeccable service, the girls are smiling and available. short, beautiful table in belfort and excellent value/price ratio. I'll be back.

We all took the menu at 35€. very good presentation and flavors are excellent. The boss and the waitresses were in little care with us very well.

Had dinner with a group of 7 who all decided to have the Euro 22 prix fixe menu: starter, main course, and dessert.
