Le Saint Honoré is a bakery that needs no introduction. Normally going there a few times on Sundays, I noticed yesterday with desolation that the size of the pastries had shrunk. I understand that prices are increasing and margins are falling, but will reducing croissants by a third make up for your shortfall? As a consumer, having to consume smaller pastries while paying the same price (which is clearly in the high range of prices applied in the Canton) is simply inconceivable.
