I was expecting to stay in the "hotel de charme". Instead of it, we got a small apartment on the second floor with a small attic window, and very poorly furnished. Nothing to compare with the photos on the website. There was almost nothing in the kitchen, not even to open a bottle of wine (although we are in Burgundy). But the worst was still to come. We got a room next to a nun. There was a nun (une religieuse) living next to our room permanently. She was going to bed at 8 pm. However at 8 pm we were just coming back from our trips to the hotel. we spent a pleasant moment in this old renovated convent in residential service. among the old-aged apartments, there are furnished apartments for tourists. It's such a more charming way to make a step than to stay in these charming chain hotels. It's only a matter of meeting the pensioners. We met at the meal, they were charming. The meal itself was very good (no chichi but very good quality of products and kitchen). they made a special menu for children with fresh fries. breakfast was also very good. Anyway, if you're stepping on the holiday path, it's an excellent address. and the small town of Autun is also charming to discover.

this restaurant is a treasure hidden in an alley of Autun. You have to go back to a special hotel court and cross a beautiful cloister to get there. The kitchen is refined, excellent and beautifully presented. service is efficient and smiling. We had come in a group and it is important to note that the restaurant team has perfectly met the challenge. We enjoyed the visit of the young chief at the end of service who went to make sure that we had loved and exchanged a few words with all the tables. friendly experience of a residence for older people that opens its restaurant to outside people. Good example of mixing! of course, the choices of dishes are not very numerous but sufficient. the place(a cloister) and its garden are beautiful and the dining room is very chic. Breakfast at 10 euros per person. It is not serious for a (and only one) burnt crescent, among the options of an ultra-limited buffet, a slice of ham with water (not bone, well with water) and bag biscotts. I'm not even talking about service (hallucinant). who was supposed to, I hope, rise from an exceptional stress.

Beautiful cloister, superb dining room.Very beautiful presentation but lacks flavor. Incorrect waitress, who ruined our evening, kept making mistakes, even accusing us of driving it. In hoping that my remarks will be taken into consideration. We told your manager about it, we had no excuse.
