We had lunch with friends a week ago and everyone was enchanted. I discovered a cocktail called madeleine that was a revelation, a delight. The foie gras that I had chosen was just mellow as it is necessary, not at all scary and its onion jam was perfect. The back of the cod and its fresh sauce were a pleasantly delicious meal accompanied by vegetables (crumble of zucchini and crushed potato) as well as a small ramequin of ravioli to the old county and cep powder. The dessert I took, the chocolate greedy Weiss black and its salted butter caramel really filled the greedy I am.
