Le Sirene - Reservar uma mesa

Service was incredibly poor particularly on a signature day Valentine’s Day. We thought about leaving but knew at such a late time (reservations were for 8p that we would have a challenge finding another place to dine. I stood waiting at the reception area for about 15 minutes before anyone addressed me. Once seated, we waited another 20 minutes before we were given a menu. The sommelier suggested a wine that turned out to be such low value that we had serious headaches the next day. All that said, when the food arrived it was worth all of the challenges we had with the service and the wine. The risotto was fresh and light and heavenly. The restaurant is nice and the food is tasty, but the service was incredibly inattentive. It was difficult to get the waiter's attention for menus and to place our order, as well as to get coffee and dessert; we even had to ask the hostess twice for help, and she ended up taking our dessert order. We also had to ask for the check. The meal ended up taking 4 hours, and I had a similar experience during a previous visit. It's hard to recommend the restaurant due to the poor service, which is disappointing.

For our anniversary, my partner and I opted to dine at a new restaurant. Unfortunately, we were left feeling disappointed. The dishes were overly salty and the service was sluggish. Despite the lack of customers in the restaurant, the waitstaff seemed uninterested and inattentive.

Michelin should rate this restaurant. Top of the line service food and decor. We will be back.
