Le Soubise - Reservar uma mesa

we wanted to return that we had a fabulous experience before and were not disappointed. the restaurant offers a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. the owner michel hazebroucq took over this 1762 building. he is very welcoming, explains the menu and is generally friendly, but very busy. to guests and to see the kitchen. eating is excellent. everything is freshly cooked to order and the bread and the terrace series are cooked in the restaurant. I had the crepes suzette that was excellent and my partner had a selection of mini desserts he disappeared. we had both fish dishes for our main with very different vegetables. that is a special place.

A very friendly greeting from Michel Hazebroucq to his immaculate,tastefully decorated restaurant was the start of a most memorable visit. The food was delicious, the staff efficient and helpful and the pricing most acceptable. We loved it and will be travelling thru' the Tunnel again...soon just to enjoy another great experience.

this is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. everything is as it should be, the service is fantastic and all the dishes are monitored by the owner who has been a top cook for over 40 years. in any case it is worth visiting from their way.

my hoss was many years ago and insisted that we have made the move. she was right about the moment we arrived, it was obvious that this was something special somewhere. eating was inventive, attractive and really excellent. I will certainly return.

it is a very good restaurant! in a former postrelay, a historical location, it is a garrison restaurant! very good food, good and local products, good kitchen, good cook, good staff!
