Random of our strolls in Embrun during our holidays, we fall on the tandem. What a great discovery! First for an aperitif, we go back to dinner and another time to share a board. If we lived in Embrun, there would be no doubt that we would be there very regularly: We recommend the dishes of the day that are as good as copyy (like everything else.
