Lunch with a couple on Sunday noon while the gastronomic restaurant is full. The staff informs us that due to the weakness in this restaurant, the service time can be impacted. We are pleased to have been warned and even more pleasantly surprised when our order has arrived. We finally didn't wait much. Nice surprise! A false net for my spouse and a pottery of the day for me. Good piece of meat (what a little to the taste of my spouse, a bowl of salad with qques chips of quilts, homemade fries. A trio of vegetables for my soup with little crusts. With aperitif, wine and water for a correct price of 50€. Given the framework and benefits as well as the products is a good price. We ate very well...

What a disappointment! We expect a certain standing in this beautiful place, especially with regard to the prices practised by the hotel. We stayed in a beautiful room. So we decided to eat at the brewery, confident. The service was interminable while we were barely ten customers. The person in charge took the client's arrests at the rigolade. Visibly a problem of communication with the kitchen... The worst: the bartender listening to full-range radio a few meters from the tables, while the frame is intimistic and luxurious. Only consolation: the quality of the products served.

The map is simple: soup, burger, club sandwich, grilled salmon, pasta... The products used are of quality, which seems just in view of the prices displayed. Home foie gras is exquisite and served in quantity! The number of tables is very limited so do not hesitate to book. The cozy decoration is very pleasant, warm while remaining chic. The service is professional, the dishes come with a good timing.

Brasserie the V but rather cozy. Aperitif taken in the large adjoining room, wooden decoration and antique furniture, very warm atmosphere. Excellent: pasta of the day: tagliatelles with green bits and asparagus, fake net with homemade fries and waffle for dessert. Nothing to say again. Drink prices related to the hotel's setting and quality.
