Last night we discovered a gastronomic pearl in the region in which we lived for 9 years and which we left 11 years ago. We had a truly enjoyable evening, accentuated by expertly composed flavors and textures. It's really nice to discover such a friendly place, run by a passionate couple who pass on their passion to a number of talented apprentices a great team! we made reservations for dinner very recently. We received several emails reminding us that we had to arrive at 7:30 p.m. On the table we found an email asking us to leave by 11:30 p.m.!! We do not see the restaurateurs (goods present) all evening and we stay all evening with the apprentices and interns who did the job. The plates are “very very light” and the price “heavy”. I ate here as part of a group of over 20. We had two tables that were actually in separate parts of the restaurant - just about in sight of each other.I have always been somewhat conservative in my tastes, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the combinations of flavours and textures in the meal that we were served. We had a standard meal for the whole group so I did not actually see the regular menu.We were also served very good white and red wines with our meal.

we wanted to change our seats while the restaurant was empty, the lady asked us why in a very aggressive way when we told her we wanted to sit on the window, she asked us if it should see the road! the cutlery. was dirty and we got the first dish with a hair, the second was a very stinking trout, the dishes were served by various chefs who had black nails and the last chef who gave us whisper had several warts on the fingers and the hand! I thought we were going to a 1 Michelin star restaurant. the food remained until standard, but the service ruined our experience. the server seemed inexperienced where dressed as if they were on the beach with their friends. it's a shame, it was a...loved afternoon, we drove far, but the service left us unsatisfied and made the culinary experience completely forget.

What can I say other than wow, from the welcome, through the service and the meal, everything was perfect, a dynamic young team, all in a very good atmosphere, with a multitude of dishes, each one as good as the other. others, special mention for the signature dessert, super disturbing but excellent.
