Now those slices of sirloin were delicious. But because this is the only food they prepare everything is done very fast. They only ask you how would you like your meet to be cooked and do you want fries. Fries are with unlimited refill and the choices for the meat vary from blue (never seen a pan) to well-done (but you destroy the meat like that). My choice was medium rare. Pro-tip: Do not eat the bread with salad. You gonna need it for the sause of the sirloin. I remove one star, because the salad was the most basic and simple one you can get. Worth the wait (one hour) as the food was excellent and our server was really friendly and lovely. Frites à volonté ! However, I remove one star for the hostess at the door who, in consideration of the one hour we spent waiting in line in the cold, needn't have attempted to make us feel guilty for preferring to be seated downstairs. We sat downstairs anyway and the meal truly was delicious.

Was nervous it would be overrated but it absolutely was not. It is truly incredible and an unforgettable experience! We showed up at 11:30am and got in right away when they opened at 12:00pm. One of the best steaks! The wine and profiteroles are a must.

this restaurant is right into business, and I loved it. wein, steak, pommes. everything was delicious (although I wish the steak was a bit hotter, my was only warm). I still loved the whole experience and would go back.

Not giving 5 stars only because of the fact that you should wait in line to get in. Otherwise once you’re inside, everything is great, the service, the food , the dessert ….
