After several disappointing dining experiences in Montbéliard, where I spend 5 days twice a month most of the year, I was happy to find this stylish location (nicely renovated 1950s baths, open kitchen). Decent food for 25 euros with a free glass of decent wine thrown in is a bargain. The staff are hip (pretty, young female and stylish gay waiters) and welcoming. The food is hit and miss. The duck (see menu) was excellent: superb meat, cooked in sea salt and boldly paired with beets in various forms. The stir fry main was disappointing. It is wise to avoid Asian fusion unless you know what you are doing. The dessert was good, not great, but helped me to forget the stir fry. I have just begun...
