Les Barbus - Reservar uma mesa

I just took a dish of the day (bateau, fregola, chorizo and corn cream) and dessert (cheesecake in Yuzu) and frankly it was delicious! The calf was perfectly cooked, everything was well seasoned and the harmony of flavors in the mouth well present. The quantities were just (not too much or not enough) for a really honest price quality report. Having eaten inside, I felt calm and welcomed. An excellent experience. Thank you to the leader and the quality of his work.

Exceptional! I miss words to describe this experience, everything is perfect: service, decoration, atmosphere, dishes... My god the dishes are of an incredible finesse and originality! Don't miss the opportunity to go to the restaurant, you'd really miss something!

Beautiful discovery in Pertuis: open kitchen on the bedroom, counter, brass suspensions, colorful chairs, worked ceiling, cement tiles, open cellar... We loved inventive cuisine and a great finesse, the association of the sea. A very nice bistronomic address

Very fine and original dishes. Everything is perfect: dishes, service, decoration... A pleasure for taste buds and eyes. Explosions of flavors in the mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant. Congratulations to Barbus.
