a delicious restaurant. intimate, unpretentious interieur, excellent hilly position with views of the two-track lights of monaco. celebrate a jubilee on a date (february that many restaurants over-commercialise, we found a set menu of refined quality, attractive plating, generousness (two amuse books and a pre-dessert) and very fair price. the service was very hospitable with knowledgeable weincommendations a must be revisited, next in this part frankreichs.

a really well-functioning bistro even during this mipim week, the entire staff pulled their weight and the kitchen delivered excellently. the first floor still has contact with the restaurant on the road, without as super busy as the entrance level.

Unfortunately the food was not good. Filet de boeuf was not filet and tough to eat. The pasta was very heavy. The first course, dorade carpaccio was very good. Service was OK but waiter was indifferent. View was spectacular
