Les Galeries Gourmandes

This is a place which locals go to have a glass of wine (or two or three) and maybe have some tapas. But the bar itself treats tourists terribly; I have been here three times with the same awful service. When I first came three years ago, the tapas were good. Now, they are terrible. The location is great, and apparently the local clientele and market business keeps them going, but I will never be going back after my terrible experience. It's a shame because the location is excellent and it looks like the locals are having a great time.

How I wish I had my camera with me that evening to photograph the presentation of the tiny little fish n chips tapas in their specially printed newspaper with funny things to read and in a little fryer basket. The wine was good. The mood was good. Spacious and different! Could have tried many more tapas but that would have been greedy!

Visited later at night after eating elsewhere. Seemed to be the place to be friendly staff and good choice of reasonable wine. Can't comment on the food but fine for a drink

Good wine, bad food, terrible service. It's not a tapas restaurant despite what it implies. Eat somewhere else, Luchon has plenty of choice.

They treat tourist terribly, they don’t clean toute table…..the tapas are simply and expensive. Avoid it!!!!
