Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing dinner here. The place was packed which seemed to make the service extremely slow. We waited outside for 5 minutes before the host even greeted us. We were sat outside in a shaky table. When we asked to move, our host simply answered ‘no’ without paying us any attention, and it wasn’t until we asked to cancel our meal and leave that she allowed us to move to another table. The food and wine took a LONG time to arrive and when they finally did the wine wasn’t cold (nor did it come with an ice bucket) and the food was lukewarm and mediocre. We wish we would’ve gone to another place.

we decided to dinner in the mouettes and were very pleasantly surprised. the waiter was very friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. the encornets with fennel were absolutely delicious and subtle and the terrine of the copains was really beautiful. the poitrine de veau...à la normande was wonderful when a bit on the fat side. the disappointing court were the moules façon poulette (moules à la crème), which are much better at the vapeurs.

the restaurant placed all tables next to each other without respecting the COVID-19 hygiene protocol. that is not clean. when we mention to the restaurant manager and his attitude, “So was” without apologising. it is necessary to avoid a place. while visiting 11 rue des bains, 14360 Trouville-sur-Mer.

I love this restaurant. They offer mid portions to share. I came fairly late for dinner but the service was impeccable. I didn’t feel rushed at all. All the food I ordered was . The ambiance and the atmosphere were inviting and cozy.

had the most amazing fruit of the mer, the service was excellent and my 8 year old daughter was happy with the children's option.
