Some dishes are excellent, others lack of logic, ex: to emit a lot of Provence grass on a meat of bull famous to be persillé spoils the taste.Globally the plates of the sea are more beautiful, more refined, nothing to say to the mosotto, a real delight, turbo and its small vegetables. Meat plate too basic. dessert a strawberry pie revisited a real delight. Great art! flat on the rates of menus that include supplements on several choices (ormeaux, mice of lambs, gourmet coffee). it makes the addition up without realizing itself. very good reception and good explanations of served meals
