The location is spectacular. Go there just before sunset when the last golden sun rays bathe the étang in glorious light. The tables are all good, but you can ask to be close to the water to enjoy an un obstructed view. The menu is simple: oysters, mussels and shrimps, there is nothing else as they cook and serve what is coming from the farm, they own in the étang. The entrée is either: oysters – all you can eat, or a large plate of medium sizzed shrimps, or tielle setoise. After that you get a large plate of moules in brasucade, a few oysters in gratin and a good quality single flavor ice cream pot. A glass on picpoul is included in the menu.
