Les Planches - Reservar uma mesa

Unfortunatly this restaurant is under new management . the old Les planches had a good selection of Corsican cold meats an an interesting menu . the new owners have just adopted all the old standatd dishes Steak Burgers small coice of pasta etc etc . Nothing interesting and really not worth visiting . We asked for a portion of Frites with one of the dishes and this was not possible despite the fact they served them with the SteakTartar a very disappointin lunch and i will never return . What on earth is the point of buying a sucessful venue then changing the menue to the same standard rubbish that most of the village serves up . They will survive the summer because of unsuspecting visitors b...

The seating was covered and one of the side windows was still closed so it was pretty hot overthere. But the staff was very friendly and the food was good! I tried the risotto with truffle and I can recommend it! More than enough truffle and the taste as fantastic. Also the desert Pavlova was great!

We hate always eating in the same places but , when in Lorgues, we break that rule a bit with this place! Great 'assets ' of charcuterie or mixed salad plates. Service always good and location is superb right at the start of the main street.

Great food and value for money. I'm glad I chose the small place burger....I was so filling and tasty. Great home made frites. Service personal and chef very friendly and professional. Value for money and great quality food.

We chose the restaurant based on rewievs, and were still pleasantly surprised. Honest good service and nice food. Great value for money. We can certainly return.
