A good surprise! The waiters take care a lot about your food experience, the place is simple and we'll in the spirit of Île de Ré. The most important is that the food is quite good, tasty while staying simple. I ate a tuna tartare and then a bœuf tartare and both were of great taste, well presented. Highly recommended if you happen to be around.

Busy restaurant with limited but very interesting menu. My steak tartare was the best I've ever had. My wife's lamb was good, but not amazing. Good efficient service and food served quickly. We had to sit on a high table as all the other tables were occupied. Really good restaurant.

The food really is great, especially the pain au chocolats and croissants. Coffees and hot chocolates are nice, us they have decaf- a luxury most French cafes don't allow their customers to indulge in. It's hilarious how they give you sugar cubes with every drink.

Had a great lunch with family and friend. Nice atmosphere and good food. Simple menu with daily dish selections. Friendly staff and owner.

We made reservations for 18:30 by phone, however upon arrival they told us they only open at 19:30.
