Les Remparts - Reservar uma mesa

Had dinner in Les Remparts on Sunday evening. Superb setting in the grounds of Chateau Castelnau. Spectacular views from the terrace and delicious,well priced food.There is a playground for children and bi-lingual staff. I would definitely recommend it.The only criticism were the flies which were abundant on such a hot evening!

Called on spec as we were passing around lunch time. We were offered a table outside under a shade with lovely views over the countryside. We opted for pizza as we had eaten a lot of rich local meals and they were excellent with thin...crispy base and lots of quality toppings. Staff were polite and efficient .

My husband and I had the three course menu du jour 16:50 euros it was tastfully presented and each course was excellent. The staff were 'on their toes ' and with a pleasant smile at all times.

Eating on the terrasse, below the castle of Castelnau, overlooking the Dordogne valley, is a real treat! Pizzas and mixed salads are excellent and the service very friendly.

very friendly staff, always a pleasure to enjoy the view from the terrace. the menu has many choices and you can have a large meal or a small one.
