We visited chief Thierry Pszonka for a private class w our royal designs studio art group from the USA - it was a delightful experience!The chateau Dumas owner Lizzie came with us and generously translated his French and our English - w much laughter and enjoyment by our artist group.From the moment we walked in to our final coffee and departure it was n incredible experience.Chief Thierry has been a chief for 30 years, with his own fresh herb garden, had our group assist him and his assistant Tristan.We had a beautiful meal, please see photos and an incredible experience. Fresh delicious food, the best ingredients and our delightful teacher Thierry made this experience a once in a lifetime...

If you are within 100km of Puylaroque it’s worth making a detour to eat chez Thierry, Restaurant Les Sens. Charming, small dining room; an intimate, friendly,relaxed ambiance (some english spoken . Gentle, warm welcome by highly professional waiting staff/sommelier. Thierry has a passion (almost religious ! about his ambition, which is to put before you plates which are a myriad of colour and taste, aimed to please your eyes and stimulate your taste buds. Each refined plate is an orchestrated mixture of tastes harmoniously combined. Products are mostly locally sourced, often bio; indeed, the herbs and flowers on your plate may well come from the small garden just in front of the restaurant....

Absolutely exquisite meal tonight. The visuals were beautiful and the combination of flavours was totally sublime, we were tempted to eat inside as its beautifully set out but we had the offer of eating on the terrace and as it was such a lovely evening we did so, enjoying the views of the village. So peaceful. The sommelier was lovely and chose an absolutely delicious wine from the Rhône for us that really complimented our meal.The ingredients of each course was explained to us as they were served, and indeed the service was extremely good and professional and always with smile.We really can't recommend this restaurant highly enough and would encourage everyone to go

predominantly exquisite and beautifully presented. quite limited choice as no a la carte. veal with flavours of lavender just didn't work for me. but for another it could be divine. Friendly and very professional. about 100 euros for 2. Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was superb the chef Thiery sure knows how to combine great flavours. It's nice and easy to find when you enter Puylaroque and has a nice ambiance about it. Nice village and only a short walk to a view point. Worth a visit.

Everything about this restaurant is exceptional - the food (quality, variety, creativity, presentation), service, location, ambience. What more can I say. Well worth a visit and highly recommended.

Gorgeous food, exceptional service rarely seen in this part of France. Chef uses local in season ingredients including flowers. Menu isn't changed very often and wine is expensive

Wonderful dinner with the Linda Lee sewing workshop from the Chateau Dumas. Gracious service, great wine recommendations, seasonal ingredients.
