Always a simple and unassuming restaurant and liked by the islands boating community, mainly for one thing only, a unique moules frites experience. For the past years it's always been the same, red plastic chairs and a huge bowl containing good quality large moules...for sharing and when empty another would appear (bottomless moules). The red plastic chairs have gone along with the large glass bowls. What you have now is the ubiquitous individual mule tin containing small moules. Service was fine but no bread or offer for more. We came into Dielette Marina by boat for an over night stay from Jersey with some friends on their boat and decided to eat at L’Escale, so glad we did! All our meals were excellent, myself and my husband had the steak which was cooked...to perfection and our friends had the moules and the pork, both said their food was delicious. The service was great, not rushed, but also not to slow, in fact we were joined after our meal by some other friends, who had a drink with us and it was getting a little late, but the staff were very accommodating. Well done to all the team at L’Escale, keep up the good work....we’ll definitely be back!!

Friendly staff , lots of out door seating. People eating hugh bowls of mussels. Great place to eat of just take coffee watch the boats. Small selection of shops in the harbour including a great wine shop

I visited here by yacht at same time last year and had excellent moules frites. This year nearly all the mussels were small, many shells closed and just a few decent sized.

Very bad organisation in this restaurant. The quality is not really good. We have waited hour for our lunch.
