L'essentiel - Reservar uma mesa

No where else comes close. Second time in Isola 2000 and we have tried them all- but this- L’ essential- is outstanding in every way. We are foodies and struggle to think of a restaurant to beat this anywhere we’ve been on our travels or even at home in London where there is an abundance of choice. Try anything on the menu and it won’t disappoint. No more words. Love this place.

Lovely restaurant set on the slopes recommended by the people in the ski hire shop. We enjoyed the French onion soup which was substantial and more than enough for lunch. What looked really tempting was the cheese fondue which was served with the cheese in a big bread bun. Nice vin chaud as well. Good customer service.

a reception and a quality service, products worked, it is the restaurant to do during your stay! nothing to do with mountain breweries, here quality restaurant! Don't miss the melt! The truffle pasta is worth the detour! Thank you for that moment!

Amazing food. The cheese fondue was out of this world. Staff were lovely and looked after us brilliantly. Absolutely 5 star in every way.

Good lunch break. seafood risotto. light and very good dessert. Professional service. coffee not until the rest.
