The atmosphere at the Lilie was upbeat and well occupied yet it wasn't too noisy as there were many areas of the restaurant to find seating with sections outside, inside on the main floor as well as a separate room beyond the main area and additional seating upstairs. We were seated at a single table between the main dining area and the side area next to the kitchen entrance which suited us perfectly as we were a bit removed from the louder sections yet we were able to enjoy the overall atmosphere. The decor is unique in that it serves as an art gallery for people to display and sell their creations. From the website, we had expected Lilie to be an elegant and somewhat sophisticated restaurant, so we were surprised to see that the interior is tiny and it is cosy and down to earth, with lots of regulars hanging out. You absolutely need a reservation if you want to sit inside on a Saturday evening. The staff were very welcoming and the food arrived quickly. We both had the vegan tarte (Flammkuchen) and it was the best we ever had. It was not done with vegan cheese, but with a hearty tomato spread, and it was just perfect! The food is great, the menu is constantly rebuilt and peppered with tasty seasonal items like asparagus or mushrooms. They have amazing salads you can customize to suite your salad cravings by adding cheese, meat, shrimp or whatever you want and you can also choose from three great dressings.They also have great craft beer, a nice selection of wines and incredible dark hot chocolate.

A great find to be strongly recommended by someone who enjoys good service and good food. OK there was a bit of a wait because everything was freshly cooked but we were not neglected - the drinks kept coming as did the cheerful and excellent staff keeping us advised of progress - and the food was well worth waiting for Reserve uma mesa agora

Enjoyed dinner here on a Sunday night with a friend. The staff was wonderful, the food was fresh and full of flavour and the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely worth going to if you're in Findorff area!

Very nicely located to have dinner outside, if weather allows. The cooking is simple (flammkuchen, salad) but prepared with taste. Nice beers and selection of wines. Reasonable prices.

Love this place and the staff are amazing! It's become a regular spot since I moved from Ireland. Great food and the salads are amazing, it's also so cozy. Keep up the great work ???? Reserve uma mesa agora
