I advise all lovers of Noirmoutier and simple and innovative cuisine to taste cooked dishes with passion and delicacy for an excellent price ratio. Ideally in front of the castle, this small restaurant with a simple and neat decoration offered me some gustative surprises worthy of a gastronomic restaurant: an egg hull like Camille (I won't say anymore, you have to see it to believe it... , a bar net served simply but accompanied by a sauce on the way to Camille, a real delight, and a dessert a burned cream accompanied by a medicate! All accompanied by country wines perfectly adapted to dishes, and of course small potatoes from Noirmoutier! The welcome is warm, the intimate and not noisy room...
