Lima's Chicken Hanover

My bowl was super tasty and that yellow sauce was absolutely delectable ?? Update: Aug 18, 2021 I ordered for a large amount of people, all different dishes, and Lima?s was on top of it!! When I tell you the food was hot, packed in a large bag, ready to go, each dish was labeled and for those who added things on the side.. it was bagged in smaller bags to easily differentiate and pass out once I go to my office ?? Lima?s Chicken is the best for customer service and if you place a sizable order, know it will be ready on time and waiting for you to arrive! ???

I ate chicken yesterday. The food had hair in it. And the chicken had feathers everywhere. My bank fraud department called and said they wanted to call me several times. That's unnecessary. Very bad service. Not sure if the new management is. But I get food a few years ago and the food was amazing. I can't say that now. I didn't think to take photos, but at least the gulls enjoyed it. The best part was to see that they were fighting about it. I could have said the same thing. Not recommended.

Online and memory lists closing time as 9pm. But when I was in the restaurant at 8:35, I tried to order a queen. I was told that the kitchen was closed at 8:30. How can a restaurant be opened when it is kitchen closed? If you were closed at 8:30, just count this time and I wouldn't have wasted my time there. Please fix that. [This is my first ever online review for every restaurant] Very unhappy. This is my first and now only experience with this chain.

The food was okay. The chicken in the nachos was a bit bland, but the sauce and veggies topped were good. My husband said he enjoyed his chicken burrito though. Not sure if the employees were having an off day, but they didn't seem very friendly. They didn't take much care in greeting customers coming in. Pretty much either ignoring waiting customers or just being grumpy when asking what customers wanted. I probably won't be coming back.

Limas is a local clamp. You can't go wrong with the chicken cuts, Tacos, Burrito, Carne Asada plate or really everything here. If you're in the area and want something, maybe something else, beat Limas!
